We provide property valuation reports for a wide range of purposes.

Your best bet is to email or call us and ask about our services – we’re great at working out exactly how to achieve what you need.

We’re fast too – if it’s urgent we can get you your report in a matter of days, or in the case of stamp duty reports, in 24 hours!

Some common valuation report formats that we provide include:

Residential Stamp Duty:

Our Director Malcolm Craig is an expert in this area, and our stamp duty reports are custom designed to meet the requirements of the Office of State Revenue (OSR).

This report is useful where ownership of a property is being transferred or changed, for example after a sale, or when property is changing hands between family or friends.

It is not as comprehensive as our full format reports (though it fully meets the OSR guidelines). This allows us to pass on substantial savings to our clients, with most reports coming in at a very low fee of $195 including GST.

Commercial Stamp Duty:

As above, but for all types of industrial/warehouse, retail, office and other commercial properties. While more complex than a residential report, we are still able to provide these valuations at very low rates of $450 including GST.

Strata Insurance Valuations:

Body Corporates need reliable, accurate insurance reports with fast turnaround and – most importantly – a low cost. Our precisely tailored report format allows us to save you money – we charge only $195 including GST for unit complexes up to four levels/20 units. For larger complexes contact us for a free quote.

Full Format Reports:

These are comprehensive valuation reports, with detailed property descriptions and sales evidence analysis. Perfect for many uses, including accurate Current Market valuations; Probate valuations; Capital Gains Tax valuations and Family Law valuations. We are able to assist for both residential and commercial properties.

For residential properties in the greater Sydney area worth less than $1 million our standard fee starts from $330 including GST; for commercial properties in the greater Sydney area worth less than $1 million our standard fee starts from $450 including GST.

Other Purposes:

We are experienced in conducting valuations in relation to easements, Development Applications, Family Law matters, legal proceedings, mortgage purposes and other specialist purposes. Just contact us to find out how we can help!
